Account Executive / Accounts Assistant – Ensuring Smooth Financial Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- AutoCount Software: Demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCount for various accounting tasks.
- Sales Documentation: Create and manage quotations, sales invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and other related documents.
- Bookkeeping: Record and manage account bookkeeping accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data management.
- Work Ethic: Exhibit a serious and responsible attitude towards work, with the capability to handle tasks independently.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
