Founder of Lavishton
I am Boon, the founder of Lavishton Sdn Bhd, dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality packaging engineering solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, I am passionate about creating smarter, more sustainable, and cost-effective packaging that meets the evolving needs of businesses.
In 2008, I established the Print Production and Packaging Department at Dyson, setting up processes and standards for all Dyson print and packaging. As the Packaging Engineering Manager, I led a team of packaging engineers, driving the design, testing, and implementation of packaging solutions across Dyson’s global product portfolio. I have a proven track record of developing innovative, high-performance packaging for over 1,000 SKUs, ensuring product durability, optimizing logistics, and enhancing customer experience.
