Job Position : Account Clerk

Account Executive / Accounts Assistant – Ensuring Smooth Financial Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • AutoCount Software: Demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCount for various accounting tasks.
  • Sales Documentation: Create and manage quotations, sales invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and other related documents.
  • Bookkeeping: Record and manage account bookkeeping accurately and efficiently.

 

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data management.
  • Work Ethic: Exhibit a serious and responsible attitude towards work, with the capability to handle tasks independently.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
